Template files can be downloaded here (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqst2024.org\/sources\/files\/Abstract%20Templates%20%28SQST%202024%29.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abstract Templates<\/a>).<ul><li><em>If you are academics (professors, lecturers, postdocs)<\/em>:<br \/>You do not need to submit an extended abstract. Simply upload your CVs and a short abstract (up to 100 words) following the templates provided.<\/li><li><em>If you are graduate students submitted for &#8220;Poster Presentation&#8221;<\/em>: Please submit a 2-page extended abstract following the templates provided. However, if you would like to apply for conference fee waivers, please also send an email requesting the waivers to our team at <a href=\"mailto:sqst2024@gmail.com\">sqst2024@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Abstract Submission<\/strong>: Once your abstract (as PDF files) is ready, click the &#8220;Submit&#8221; button and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li><li><strong>Verify Abstract<\/strong>: You can edit your submission until you click \u201cVerify Abstract&#8221; to finish your Abstract submission. Your abstract will be automatically verified by the conference system after the submission deadline.<\/li><li><strong>Abstract Reviewing Status<\/strong>: After submitting and verifying your abstract, our review committee will assess all submissions.
