Submission Guidelines

We are excited to invite researchers, scholars, and experts from around the world to submit their abstracts for consideration. This is your opportunity to share your cutting-edge research, insights, and innovations with a global audience. Due to the high volume of Keynote and Invited talks already scheduled, we are focusing on ‘Contributed Poster’ presentations for additional contributions.

Before submitting your abstract, please carefully review the submission guidelines to ensure your entry meets all requirements. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your abstract being disqualified.

Participants are requested to “CREATE ACCOUNT” to register for the conference. “LOGIN” to your account is needed for abstract submission.

Submission Process

To submit an abstract, you will need to create an account on our platform. If you already have an account, simply log in.

Prepare Your Abstract: Prepare your abstract according to the provided template. Template files can be downloaded here (Abstract Templates).
- If you are academics (professors, lecturers, postdocs):
  You do not need to submit an extended abstract. Simply upload your CVs and a short abstract (up to 100 words) following the templates provided.
- If you are graduate students submitted for “Poster Presentation”: Please submit a 2-page extended abstract following the templates provided. However, if you would like to apply for conference fee waivers, please also send an email requesting the waivers to our team at sqst2024@gmail.com.
Abstract Submission: Once your abstract (as PDF files) is ready, click the “Submit” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Verify Abstract: You can edit your submission until you click “Verify Abstract” to finish your Abstract submission. Your abstract will be automatically verified by the conference system after the submission deadline.
Abstract Reviewing Status: After submitting and verifying your abstract, our review committee will assess all submissions. You will be notified of the acceptance status in due course.

Topics of the conference

We welcome abstracts covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

Quantum metrology and sensing
Quantum computation, algorithms, and simulation
Quantum information theory
Quantum communication, network, and cryptography
Quantum technologies (optics, NMR, solid state, etc.)

Please note that accepted abstract presenters must make a payment (and upload payment slips) for the event before the deadline to secure their spots on the program.
