If you have already created an account and received invoices for Registration fee and/or Accommodation cost, please make payment via Bank/Wire transfer and upload your payment slip in the submission system under the “Payment Process” menu.

* Registration fees do not include accommodation and excursion options. Please book your accommodation separately or contact sqst2024@gmail.com for more information. Registration fees are non-refundable.

** If you choose the “student” registration, please upload a copy of your student ID card in the registration system.

Payment

Payment for the Registration fees can be done via Bank/Wire Transfer (or WISE transfer) using the bank information below. Currently, bank or Wire transfer can be done conveniently via most online/mobile banking websites.
Bank or Wire transfer has to be made in THB currency. Additional bank transaction fees (e.g. bank transfer fee, commission fee, exchange rate, etc.) are the responsibility of participants.
Please upload your payment slip/confirmation and/or your student IDs in the registration system (Payment section). Please allow up to 5 days (typically done in 1-2 days) for a payment to be received and confirmed.
For those who have troubles with bank/wire transfers, please email us (sqst2024@gmail.com) for possible credit-card payment methods.
